摘要
以具有大差异煤质特性的河南新密无烟煤、内蒙古褐煤及其不同配比混煤作为研究对象进行非等温热重实验,通过TG/DTG曲线分析不同反应工况对燃烧特性和动力学参数的影响。结果表明,配比和升温速率对混煤掺烧特性影响较大,煤粉细度和空气流量存在中间最优值,混煤配比为7∶3或5∶5,升温速率30℃/min时具有良好的着火能力和燃尽特性,活化能较小,燃烧剧烈且稳定。实验结果可为燃烧大差异特性混煤机组的高效、安全、经济运行提供依据。
Non-isothermal thermogravimetric experiments were carried out on two coals with great difference (Xinmi anthracite from Henan,and lignite from Inner Mongolia) and their mixtures.The effects of reaction condition on combustion characteristics and kinetic parameters of the reactions were studied,by analysis on the TG/DTG curves.The results indicate that:coal proportion in the mixtures and heating rate had a significant influence on co-firing properties,and there existed the optimum value of coal fineness and air flow; considering from various aspects,the coal blending ratio was chosen as 7 ∶ 3 or 5 ∶ 5;with the heating rate of 30 mL/min,the coal mixtures had well ignition performance and burnout property,and the reaction activation energy was relatively small,the combustion is violent and stable.
