摘要
研究了棉纤维膜上高碘酸钠法固定化脂肪酶的工艺条件 ,并考察了固定化脂肪酶的温度、酸度以及间歇操作稳定性 .通过实验给出了固定化酶的最佳条件 :Na IO4浓度为 0 .2 mol/L,交联时间 2 4 h,p H值为9左右 ,酶的质量浓度 6.0 g/L,固定化酶最大活力 7.38U/cm2 .该固定化酶最适应的温度为 35℃ ,p H=8.0 ,t1 /2 =1
The conditions of the lipase immobilized onto cellulose using sodium periodate and the stability of the immobilized lipase was studied.The results showed that optimum conditions were pH of 9.0 and 0.2mol/L of NaIO 4 concentration, 24h of link time, 6.0g/L of lipase concentration,maxmum lipase activity 7.38U/cm 2.The optimal temperature and pH value was at 35℃,8.0 respectively.The half life is about 168h.
