摘要
分析了挥发分氮与焦炭氮在预热过程中的转化规律,利用XPS仪器对实验中所使用的样品煤的含氮官能团的变化情况进行了研究,同时采用热重-红外色谱连用分析仪对实验样品煤预热过程中的NOx前驱物的析出特性进行分析。结果表明:预热处理有助于降低NOx的产生,且预热温度越高效果越好;预热对晋城无烟煤NOx减排的作用优于陕西烟煤。
The transformation rule of volatile nitrogen and coke nitrogen during preheating process was analyzed.The XPS analyzer was employed to investigate the variation of nitrogen functional groups in the tested coals.Moreover,the TGA was used to study the emission characteristics of NOx precursors during the preheating process of the tested coal.The results show that:the preheating process was contribute to decreasing the NOx generation,and the higher the temperature,the better the reduction effect;the effect of preheating process on Jincheng anthracite was better than that on Shaanxi bituminous coal.
