摘要
采用新型的焦油收集器对煤粉热解电热网反应器进行改进,有效地提高了焦油收集效率和可重复性。在新电热丝网反应器上对次烟煤、高挥发分烟煤和低挥发分烟煤进行热解实验,得到了热解过程中产生的挥发分和焦油产率以及残留在煤粒中的抽提物产率。结果表明:提高加热速率可以使煤的热解过程向高温区域移动,并提高挥发分和焦油的产率以及焦油在挥发分中的比例,同时减少热解过程中溶剂抽提物的产率。
A new type of tar trap was applied to modify the electrically heated grid reactor,which efficiently enhanced the tar collection efficiency and repeatability.Parolysis test was performed on this improved electrically heated grid reactor,for subbituminous coal,high and low volatile bituminous coal.The yields of volatiles,tar and residual extracts of coal particles were obtained.The results show that,an increase in heating rate shifted the pyrolysis to higher temperature zone,enhanced volatile and tar yield and the proportion of tar in volatile.As expected,the extract yields during pyrolysis decreased.
