摘要
以国内首台自行设计制造的超临界600MW机组W火焰锅炉为例,应用Fluent软件研究不同负荷下炉内燃烧过程中速度场、温度场、CO浓度场、O2浓度场的分布情况,分析了负荷变化对炉内燃烧稳定性的影响,得出不同负荷下W火焰锅炉的燃烧特性,以及低负荷下易产生水冷壁、冷灰斗结渣及爆管的位置,为同类锅炉设计、运行和改造提供参考。
Taking the first domestic supercritical 600 MW unit W-flame boiler as an example,the Fluent software was applied to conduct numerical investigation on velocity field,temperature field,CO and O2 concentration field in furnace during combustion at different loads.The effect of unit load on combustion stability was analyzed,and the combustion characteristics of W-flame boiler under different load conditions were obtained.Moreover,the locations where tube burst and slagging easily occurs at low load were found,which can provide references for design,operation and retrofitting of the same type boilers.
