摘要
利用数值模拟的方法对空冷风机群效应以及环境风速、风向对空冷风机群运行性能的影响规律和物理本质进行了分析研究。结果表明:空冷风机群入口负压的变化是造成不同环境下各位置空冷风机运行性能偏差的直接原因。在近似无风环境下,空冷风机群受群效应影响比较严重,呈现周边风量小中间风量大的运行特点;随环境风速的增加,各位置空冷风机风量均不断下降,并且环境风的影响由背风面到迎风面逐渐增强;主导风向下,空冷风机的运行性能受环境风的影响最小,经锅炉侧的逆向来风对其影响最大。
The influence of the air cooling fan cluster effect,environmental air speed and direction on operation performance of the air cooling fan cluster was numerically investigated.The results show that,variation of the negative pressure at entrance of the air cooling fan cluster was the direct reason for operation performance deviation of the air cooling fan located at different places under different environmental conditions.In the environment with nearly no air flow,the air cooling fan cluster was affected seriously by the group effect,and exhibited characteristics of low surrounding air flow and large intermediate air flow.As the environmental air speed increased,the air flow from air cooling fans located at different places decreased continuously,and the effect of the environmental air enhanced from the leeward side to the windward side.In the dominant air direction,the operation performance of the air cooling fan was affect by the environmental air most slightly,while by the reverse wind from boiler side most seriously.
