枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊结合马来酸曲美布汀治疗功能性腹泻的临床疗效观察 被引量:11

Clinical effect of bacillus subtilis and enterococcus enteric-coated capsules combined with trimebutin maleate for functional diarrhea

摘要 [目的]观察枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊结合马来酸曲美布汀治疗功能性腹泻的临床疗效。[方法]将63例患者分为2组,治疗组31例,对照组32例,治疗组给予枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊结合马来酸曲美布汀治疗,对照组给予马来酸曲美布汀,疗程4周,观察2组患者治疗前后临床疗效及血清胃泌素、胃动素水平并随访。[结果]2组患者临床疗效比较,治疗组总有效率93.45%,对照组总有效率87.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后血清胃泌素、胃动素明显下降,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组下降更为明显,2组患者治疗后同期比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗第1周、第2周2组患者腹泻次数比较差异无统计学意义,治疗第3周、第4周2组患者腹泻次数比较,治疗组腹泻次数明显减少,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疗程结束后2个月随访,治疗组复发2例,复发率6.5%,对照组复发7例,复发率21.9%,2组患者复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊结合马来酸曲美布汀治疗功能性腹泻所取得的临床效果明显优于单纯使用马来酸曲美布汀治疗所取得的效果,并且预后良好,值得推广。 [Objective]To observe the clinical effect of Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus enteric-coated capsules combined with Trimebutin Maleate for Functional diarrhea. [Methods]Sixty-three cases were randomly divided into treatment group(31 cases)and control group(32 cases). Patients in treatment group were given Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus entericcoated capsules combined with Trimebutin Maleate~ petients in control group were given Trimebutin Maleate. Patients in both groups were treated for 4 weeks, to observe the clinical efficacy and detect the serum gastrin and motilin. [Results-]The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared, the total efficiency was 93.45% in treatment group. The control group was 87.5 % ,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);The serum gastrin and motilin were significantly decreased compared with before treatment in both groups, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). And the treatment group was decreased more significantly than the control group at the same period,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);There was no difference between the two groups at the number of diarrhea before treatment. Treatment in the first week and second week, the number of diarrhea patients were no statistically significant differences(P〉0. 05) ,the treatment of the third week,fourth week, the number of diarrhea patients were significantly reduced conpared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Two months after the end of treatment,the recurrence rate was 6.5% in the treatment group,the recurrence rate was of 21.9%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). [Conclusion]The clinical effect of Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus enteric-coated capsules combined with Trimebutin Maleate was better than using Trimebutin Maleate only for functional diarrhea and the prognosis is good,worthy of promotion.
