医院住院患者呼吸道感染危险因素分析及对策

Analysis and Measures about the Dangerous Factors of Respiratory Infection in Patients during Hospital Ward

目的 :了解新乡市第二人民医院内外科患者住院期间呼吸道感染的危险因素。方法 :采用回顾性调查方法探讨呼吸道感染有关的危险因素和采用的预防措施 ,并比较内、外科患者危险因素的区别。结果 :感染发病率为 3.2 0 % ,内科多见于高龄慢性消耗疾病 ,比例高于外科。同时医院采取管理和预防措施也能够减少呼吸道感染的发病率。结论 :加强环境的改善、医护人员的无菌操作 。

Object: To understand the dangerous factors of respiratory infection in medical and surgical patients during hospital wards in the second people's hospital of Xinxiang.Method: We research the relative dangerous factor and prevention measures in respiratory infection by review investigation.The difference exits between two ones. Results: Incidence of infection is 3.20%.It is higher in old chronic patients in physical than in surgical ones. Administrations and preventive measures adopted by hospital could reduce the incidence of respiratory infection.
