摘要
回顾了荧光检测系统的发展历史,详细阐述了与半导体CMOS技术结合后荧光检测系统微型化的发展过程,包括基于CMOS荧光传感芯片的直接式和间接式荧光检测系统。最后,提出了一种新型的微型化单片集成CMOS荧光传感芯片,为荧光检测系统的设计和应用提供了新思路。
A review is given on the recent progresses of fluorescence detecting systems,relating especially to the miniaturized development of fluorescence detecting systems combining with the semiconductor CMOS technology,including the direct and indirect fluorescence detection system based on CMOS fluorescence sensing chip.Finally,a new kind of miniature monolithic integrated CMOS fluorescence sensing chip is proposed,which offers a new idea for the design and application of fluorescence detection system.
