亚表面双圆柱异质缺陷的热波多重散射研究

摘要 针对半无限体内亚表面含双圆柱异质缺陷问题,基于非傅里叶热传导方程,采用波函数展开法和镜像法,研究了异质体缺陷的热波多重散射与温度分布,并给出了亚表面异质双圆柱热波多重散射的一般解。通过数值计算,给出了不同物理参数和几何参数下亚表面异质双圆柱的材料表面温度分布曲线,分析了各参数对材料表面温度分布的影响,特别是热波本身特性与缺陷性质的影响。研究成果可望为工程材料结构亚表面异质缺陷的无损检测和安全评定提供理论基础与参考数据。 In this paper,the two cylindrical heterostructure defects in the semi-infinite body were studied.Then based on non-Fourier heat conduction equation,the wave function expansion method and the method of images were used to study the thermal multiple scattering and the temperature distribution of the heterogeneity defects and the general solution of multiple scattering waves was given.By numerical calculation,the temperature distribution curve of the material surface was given with different physical parameters and geometric parameters,and their effects on the temperature distribution were analyzed in detail,especially the effects of thermal wave characteristics and defects properties.
