本文通过挖掘史料,以上海熟水业同业公会为研究对象,分析了建国初期该同业公会协调会员价格竞争的方式和特点,认为其价格协调具有鲜明的新时代特点,可以起到维护市场交易秩序的作用。当前中国正处于转型时期,同业公会价格协调机制对于现今行业协会也具有一定的积极借鉴意义。

On the basis of historical materials,the paper takes Shanghai boiled water industrial trade association as an example.It analyzes the ways and character of trade association price competition coordination,concludes the price coordination has new characteristics,and then it can maintain the normal market order.Nowadays,China is in the period of transition,the mechanism of trade association＇s price coordination have reference to present industrial associations.
