山区农户对生计资本脆弱性的感知度:基于甘肃省4县区的调查

The Perception of the Vulnerability of Livelihood Capital for the Mountain Farmers:Based on the Investigation in 4 Counties of Gansu Province

农户生计脆弱性分析主要揭示农户面临危险、冲击和压力时所表现出的抵御能力、易受灾程度以及所处的某种软弱状态。本文以英国国际发展部(DIFD)的可持续生计方法分析为基础,在对甘肃省4县(区)468个农户调研的基础上,量化分析了山区农户生计资本脆弱性的特征,结合多元Logistic回归模型对农户的生计资本脆弱性感知度进行了实证分析。研究表明,山区农户的生计资本非常脆弱,突出表现在自然资本、社会资本、物质资本和金融资本的存量上;农户对金融资本缺乏的感知度最为明显,物质资本次之;对于低收入和贫困农户,人力资本也异常脆弱。脆弱的生计资本严重影响了农户生计的可持续发展。

Vulnerability analysis of farmers＇ livelihood mainly reveals their ability,the vulnerable degree and the weak state while they facing risk,impact and pressure.Under the foundation of the sustainable livelihoods approach analysis of DIFD and the basis of investigation of 468 households in 4 counties of Gansu province,the paper empirical analysis the weak perception of the mountain farmers＇ livelihood capital by multivariate Logistic regression model,Quantitative analyzing the vulnerability characteristics of farmers＇ livelihood capital.It shows that the mountain farmers＇ livelihood capital is very fragile,outstanding in the stock of natural capital,social capital,physical capital and financial capital.The financial capital is the most obvious lack to mountain farmers.The physical capital is the second.For the low income and poor farmers,human capital is very fragile.It affects the sustainable development of rural livelihood seriously to fragile livelihood capital.
