中国丝绸之路经济带战略既是中国和平崛起战略的重要组成部分,也是中国新疆提升区域综合实力,代表中国与周边国家建立共同市场的发展机遇。把握好开放型经济发展方向是新疆实施国家向西开放战略的关键。
Chinese Silk-road Economic Belt Strategy is not only an important part of the Peaceful Rise strategy of China,but also the development opportunities in Xinjing of the overall regional strength＇s enhancement and a common market＇s establishment on surrounding countries of China.Holding the development direction of Export-Oriented Economy Development is the key to carry out the strategy of westward opening-up in Xinjiang.
