摘要
随着地理信息系统 (简称GIS)在我国应用领域的不断发展 ,电力行业逐渐应用GIS来提高管理水平 ,上海超高压工区输电地理信息系统正是基于这种需求建立 .本文着重从系统的原型法设计、数据库设计和系统功能实现等方面进行了阐述 .
As GIS is gradually applied in China,Power industry is beginning to use GIS technology to improve technical and management activities. The development of Power Transmission GIS for ShangHai extra high voltage company is based on this demand. This paper mainly introduces protyping design of the system,database design,system function development etc.
