摘要
研究了以木薯淀粉为原料 ,乙醇为溶剂 ,合成羧甲基淀粉钠的合成工艺 .考查了配料比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂及催化剂用量对产品取代度的影响 .在选定的实验条件下 ,产品的取代度达到 0 .
The synthesis process of sodium carboxy-methyl starch with the arrow root starch and the solvent of ethyl alcohol was studied. The effects on the degree of substitution of the product by the reactant quantity, temperature, time and catalyst were investigated. Under the selected experiment conditions, the degree of substitution of the product is above 0.8.
