E-钙黏附素在脑膜瘤中的表达及其与脑膜瘤病理学分级的关系

Relationship between the Expression of E-Cadherin in Meningiomas and the Classification of Meningioma Pathology

目的:通过观察记录E-钙黏附素在脑膜瘤中不同病理分级、不同程度水肿、有无侵袭行为以及复发情况下的表达情况,分析E-钙黏附素在脑膜瘤诊断治疗中的临床意义。方法:选取2011年1月到2013年1月在我院住院治疗的脑膜瘤患者106例作为研究对象。采用免疫组织化学方法检测E-钙黏附素在脑膜瘤中不同病理分级、不同程度水肿、有无侵袭行为以及复发情况下的表达情况。结果:免疫组织化学检测结果显示,E-钙黏附素表达最明显的部位是胞膜和胞浆。所有患者中E-钙黏附阴性表达的有24例。E-钙黏附素的表达与脑膜瘤分级有关,脑膜瘤级数越高,其阴性表达率增加;E-钙黏附素的表达与水肿程度有关,水肿越严重的患者其阴性表达率越高。E-钙黏附素的表达非浸润组和浸润组相比差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05),复发组与非复发组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:E-钙黏附素的表达与肿瘤病理分级有一定相关性,可以反映不同程度的水肿、侵袭行为以及复发情况。

Objective：To observe the different pathological grading, the edema of different degrees, and the expression of invasion of of E-Cadherin in meningioma, as well as the expression of recurrent cases, and to analyze the clinical significance of E-Cadherin in the diagnosis and treatment of meningioma. Methods：106 cases of meningioma patients admitted to the hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected as research objects. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the different pathological grading, the edema of different degrees, and the expression of invasion of E-Cadherin in meningioma, as well as the expression of recurrent cases. Results：According to the results of immunohistochemistry detection, there was significant expression of E-Cadherin in the cell membrane and cytoplasm of meningioma. of the 106 cases, the negative expression of E-Cadherin was detected in meningioma tissues of 24 cases. The expression of E-Cadherin in meningiomas was found to be related to the grading of meningioma, as it were, the higher the grading of meningioma is, the faster the increasing of negative expression rate is. So was the expression of E-Cadherin and the degree of edema. In other words, the more severe the edema in the patients is, the higher the negative expression rate becomes. There was significant difference in the expression of E-Cadherin between invasive group and non-invasive group （P〈0.05）. That also held true for the recurrent group and non-recurrent group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：There is certain correlation between the expression of E-Cadherin and the pathological grading, which can reflect different degrees of edema, invasion and recurrence.
