105例舒张性心力衰竭患者的临床分析及生化指标变化研究

Clinical Analysis and Biochemical Indicators Research in 105 Patients with Diastolic Heart Failure

目的:探讨舒张性心理衰竭患者的临床特点及生化指标改变。方法:选取舒张性心力衰竭患者105例,以及同期行健康体检者100例分别作为观察组和对照组,对其血BNP、CA125以及hs-CRP水平进行检测,观察组患者实施相应治疗后再次检测其血BNP、CA125以及hs-CRP水平。并对两组受试者的检测结果进行分析。结果:观察组患者入院时BNP、CA125、hs-CRP水平均明显高于对照组,上述指标组间比较差异均具有显著性(P<0.05);经过治疗BNP、CA125、hs-CRP水平与治疗前相比明显下降;治疗前后上述指标比较,差异均具有显著性(P值均<0.05)。结论:通过对老年患者行BNP、CA125、hs-CRP水平检测,有利于协助医生对舒张性心力衰竭进行诊断,及时采取相应措施进行治疗,以期改善患者预后。

Objective：To study the gestation period diastolic heart failure patients with clinical characteristics and biochemical index change. Methods：The merger diastolic heart failure in 105 cases of pregnant women, and do the healthy check-up of 100 cases of pregnant women respectively as observation group and control group, the blood BNP, CA125 and hs - CRP level of detection, the observation group patients after implementation of the corresponding treatment to detect the blood BNP, CA125 and hs - CRP level, statistical two groups of pregnant women delivery mode and delivery end. Results：The observation group patients admission BNP, CA125, hs-CRP levels were significantly higher than those in the control group;After treatment of BNP, CA125, hs-CRP level compared with before treatment significantly decreased;The observation group patients cesarean section rate, and premature birth rate and neonatal mortality were 72.38%, 92.38%and 4.76%, the control group were 31.00%, 8.00%and 1.00%, the observation group patients were higher than that of control group. Significant difference between the two groups, there is statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Think through the pregnancy women do BNP, CA125, hs-CRP level detection, which is beneficial to assist doctors to diastolic heart failure diagnosis and timely treatment measures, so as to improve maternal and child prognosis.
