热毒宁辅助阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗儿童支原体肺炎的疗效观察与安全性评估

Efficacy and Safety of Reduning Adjunctive Azithromycin Sequential Therapy in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的:分析热毒宁辅助阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗儿童支原体肺炎的疗效与安全性。方法:选择在本院接受住院治疗的儿童支原体肺炎患者作为研究对象,分别给予单纯阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗及热毒宁辅助阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、症状体征缓解时间、不良反应等差异。结果:观察组患儿临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);症状体征平均缓解时间短于对照组患儿(P<0.05);总不良反应发生率与对照组患儿无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:热毒宁辅助阿奇霉素序贯疗法可以有效提高临床支原体肺炎治疗有效率,缩短患者康复时间,同时不增加不良反应的发生。

Objective：To study the efficacy and safety of Reduning adjunctive Azithromycin Sequential Therapy in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods：Choosed patients with mycoplasma pneumonia as the research object, respectively treated with azithromycin treatment and Reduning adjunctive azithromycin treatment, compared two groups of patients, symptom relief, adverse reaction time difference. Results：The observation group clinical treatment was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）;symptoms and signs of the average remission time was shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）;Adverse reactions of the two groups without statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Reduning adjunctive Azithromycin Sequential therapy can effectively improve the clinical treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia with efficiency, shorten the recovery time of patients, and no adverse reaction.
