茵陈蒿汤联合饮食控制在肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病患者的临床疗效探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨茵陈蒿汤联合饮食控制治疗肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法:选择我院收治的140例肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病患者的临床资料,其中,观察组70例患者采用茵陈蒿汤联合饮食控制进行治疗,对照组70例患者采用饮食调整联合甘草酸二胺还原型谷胱甘肽等治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:经给药后,观察组与对照组的有效率相比,前者显著优于后者,并具有统计学差异(P<0.05),同时前者的肝功能等指标较后者显著好转,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:茵陈蒿汤联合饮食控制治疗肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病疗效明显,对预后恢复较为有利,值得临床进一步推广。 Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of diet control combined with Yinchenhao soup for treatment of cirrhosis with liver-derived diabetes. Methods:In our hospital, 140 patients with cirrhosis with liver-derived diabetes were divided into two groups, including the observation group of 70 patients with a combination of diet control Yinchenhao soup treatment and control group of 70 patients with diet adjustments joint glycyrrhizic acid diamine reduced glutathione therapy, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, the total efficiency of the observation group is significantly higher than the control patients, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05), and indicators of liver function, FPG 2hPG of the observation group patients compared with the control group had a significant improvement, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion:The combination of diet control and Yinchenhao soup for treatment of liver cirrhosis combined liver-derived diabetes has a very significant effect, which is conducive to the prognosis of patient's recovery, and it is worthy of clinical widely promoted and applied.
