人牙周膜成纤维细胞对盐酸林可霉素跨膜转运的研究

摘要 目的:探讨人牙周膜成纤维细胞(HPDLF)对盐酸林可霉素跨膜转运的色谱情况。方法:HPDLF及MC3T3-E1细胞以盐酸林可霉素孵育后,超声破碎,色谱分析线性关系,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测胞内药物浓度情况。结果:10μg/mL盐酸林可霉素细胞培养1、5、10 min胞内无药物存在,20μg/mL盐酸林可霉素细胞培养5、10 min胞内无药物存在。结论:HPDLF和MC3T3-E1细胞无盐酸林可霉素跨膜转运。 Objective:To explore the biological transport of hydrochloric acid Lin by human periodontal ligament fibroblasts. Methods:HPDLF and MC3T3-E1 cells incubated in Lincomycin Hydrochloride, fractured by ultrasound. To analyze linear relationship by chromatographic and detect intracellular concentration of drug by HPLC. Results:10μg/ml of lincomycin hydrochloride cells were cultured for 1, 5, 10 min intracellular no drug exist, 20μg/mL of lincomycin hydrochloride cells were cultured for 5, 10 min intracellular no drug exist. Conclusion:HPDLF cells HPDLF and MC3T3-E1 without lincomycin hydrochloride transmembrane transport.
