复方苦参注射液配合化疗治疗晚期胃癌的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Matrine Injection Combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的:探讨复方苦参注射液配合化疗在晚期胃癌治疗中的效果观察。方法:选取2010年1月至2013年1月间于我院诊治的晚期胃癌患者86例,按其就诊顺序进行编号并随机分为对照组(43例)和观察组(43例),对照组患者进行单纯化疗治疗,观察组患者进行复方苦参注射液配合化疗治疗,观察两组患者各临床指标,并进行统计对比分析。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率51.16%明显高于对照组41.86%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛评分(4.01±3.15)明显低于对照组(6.83±3.28),且其胃肠道反应发生率39.53%、骨髓抑制发生率46.51%均明显低于对照组患者相应指标69.77%、60.47%,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者行为改善率58.14%、体重变化阳性率30.23%均明显高于对照组患者相应指标44.19%、13.95%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在晚期胃癌治疗中,复方苦参注射液配合化疗治疗能够提高近期临床疗效,缓解患者癌性疼痛,减少毒副反应发生,提高患者生活质量,值得推广。

Objective：To investigate matrine injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer effects observed. Methods：The 86 patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013, its treatment are numbered sequentially and randomly divided into control group （43 cases） and observation group （43 cases） and control group patients with chemotherapy treatment, the observation group patients matrine injection combined with chemotherapy, the clinical parameters were observed, and statistically analyzed. Results：The patients have significantly higher efficiency 51.16%41.86%difference between the groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;observation group pain score （4.01±3.15） was significantly lower than the control group （6.83±3.28） , and the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions 39.53%, 46.51%incidence of bone marrow suppression were significantly lower than the control group of patients corresponding index 69.77%,60.47%, differences between groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）;observation group were behavioral improvement rate 58.14%, the positive rate of 30.23%weight change were significantly higher in patients with corresponding index 44.19%,13.95%, a statistically significant difference between the groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the treatment of advanced gastric cancer, matrine injection combined with chemotherapy can improve the short-term clinical efficacy in patients with cancer pain relief and reduce toxicity occur, improve patient quality of life, worthy of promotion.
