甘露聚糖肽治疗白细胞减少症的疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Mannatide in Treatment with Leukopenia

目的：观察甘露聚糖肽治疗白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法：2010年1月-2012年12月选择笔者所在医院就诊的白细胞减少症患者84例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各42例,实验组患者在常规治疗基础上口服甘露聚糖肽胶囊,对照组患者在常规治疗基础上口服地榆升白片,1个月为1个疗程,共2个疗程。结果：实验组临床总有效率高于对照组,两组临床疗效、见效时间比较具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：甘露聚糖肽治疗白细胞减少症效果满意。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Mannatide in treatment with leukopenia.Methods：84 patients with leukopenia in hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.42 cases in treatment group were given conventional treatment plus Mannatide capsules;patients in the control group were given conventional treatment plus Diyushengbai tablet,a month for a period of treatment, a total of 2 course of treatment.Results：The total efficiency of treatment group was higher.There were statistical differences of clinical efficacy and effective time between two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of leukopenia with Mannatide is satisfactory.
