后腹腔镜与开放性肾肿瘤手术的疗效比较

Comparison on Therapeutic Effect between Retroperitoneoscopy and Open Surgery for Renal Neoplasms

目的:分析与对比后腹腔镜肾肿瘤切除术与开放性肾肿瘤手术的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2010年1月至2012年1月期间收治的肾肿瘤患者共44例,随机将其分为2组,观察组22例,对照组22例。对于观察组患者采取后腹腔镜肾肿瘤切除术,对照组采取开放性肾肿瘤手术,对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后并发症发生率。并对患者进行随访,以了解其复发或转移情况。结果:观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症发生率较对照组均更少,P<0.05。对患者进行为期1年的随访,观察组患者肿瘤未复发且无转移,对照组患者出现1例肝转移。结论:后腹腔镜肾肿瘤切除术具有创伤小、并发症少、患者恢复快等优点,值得在临床上进行推广与应用。

Objective：To analyze the clinical and laparoscopic renal tumor radical operation and open renal tumors.Methods：Renal tumor patients in our hospital from 2010 January to 2012 January were treated 44 cases, were randomly divided into 2 groups, 22 cases in observation group, 22 cases in the control group. To take the observation group patients after laparoscopic radical resection of tumor, the control group took the operation open renal tumor, compared two groups of patients with operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative complications. And the patients were followed, in order to understand the recurrence or metastasis.Results：The operation time, amount of bleeding in surgery patients, the incidence of postoperative complications were less than that of the control group, P〈0.05. For a period of 1 years of follow-up of patients, patients in the observation group without tumor recurrence and no metastases, patients in the control group and 1 cases of liver metastasis.Conclusion：Retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy with less trauma, less complications and quick recovery in patients, is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
