45例手指末端缺损疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of 45 Cases with Fingertip Defect

目的:探讨采用同指顺行指动脉岛状皮瓣修复手指端缺损的疗效观察。方法:采用前瞻性研究方法,对我院自2011年01月至2013年01月间收治的手指末端缺损患者45例52指,按照手术方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组25例29指,指端缺损采用同指顺行指动脉岛状皮瓣修复,对照组20例23指用腹部皮瓣进行修复,术后随访半年,对两组的疗效进行比较。结果:术后半年,观察组的优良率(优+良)为89.66%(26/29),对照组为60.87%(14/23)。两组优良率进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组患者按照优秀组、良好组、差分组评分进一步进行比较,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:同指顺行指动脉岛状皮瓣修复指端缺损手术安全、简单,疗效确切,具有较高临床应用价值。

Objective：to explore curative effect observation on fingertip defect by anterograde digital artery island flap from the same finger.Methods：By prospective study methods, 45 patients with 52 cases finger defect from January 2011 to January 2011 were analyzed, according to the operation method ,they were divided into observation group and control group, the observation group （25 cases,29 fingers） was adopted by anterograde digital artery island flap, abdominal skin flap to repair fingertip defect of the control group （20 patients, 23 fingers）was used, Following up for half of a year, the curative effect of two groups were compared.Results：After half a year, the observation group was （optimal＋good） was 89.66%（26/29）, the control group was 60.87%（14/23）. Two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;according to the excellent group, good group, poor score group,two groups patients have a further comparison, observation group is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Anterograde digital artery island flap to repair fingertip defect from the same finger is safe, simple, It has exact curative effect and high clinical application value.
