应用新型以及特殊口腔正畸保持器在口腔正畸中的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of New and Special Orthodontic Retainer in Application of Orthodontics

目的:研究和探讨了新型及特殊保持装置改良式热压膜联冠透明器在口腔正畸中的应用效果。方法:研究组44例应用改良式热压膜联冠透明器保持,对照组44例采用Hawley保持器保持。结果:两组保持器均可达到较好的上、下颌尖牙、磨牙牙弓宽度维持效果(P>0.05);研究组上、下颌Little指数极明显低于对照组,数据经比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:保持器在口腔正畸治疗和正畸后牙列维持中具有十分重要的作用,改良的热压膜联冠透明保持器可提高牙列的固位效果,较Hawley保持器具有更好的保持牙列整齐度的效果。

Objective：To study and explore the application effect of new and special orthodontic retainer in application of orthodontics.Methods：The study group with 44 cases of application were used new and special orthodontic retainer in application of orthodontics, and the control group with 44 cases were used Hawley retainer.Results：The two groups of the retainers can achieve better,mandibular canine, molar dental arch width to maintain the effect （P〉0.05）;mandibular Little index research group, significantly lower than the control group, the difference has statistically significant data （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The retainer in orthodontic treatment and orthodontic tooth maintenance plays a very important role in the retention effect, hot film modified crown transparency holder can improve the dentition, and has a better dentition uniformity effect than Hawley retainer.
