增强扫描CT值在骨巨细胞瘤诊断中的应用探讨

Application Discussion of Enhanced Scanning CT Value in Diagnosis of Giant Cell Tumor of Bone

目的:探讨增强扫描CT值在骨巨细胞瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取我院2010年1月至2012年12月期间收治的骨肿瘤患者398例,将这些患者分成骨巨细胞瘤组和非骨巨细胞瘤组,对增强CT扫描之后CT均值、增加值均值的诊断临界值以及敏感度进行分析。结果:增强CT扫描值之后,骨巨细胞瘤组的诊断更加有根据,非骨巨细胞瘤组能够进行自身是否存在骨巨细胞瘤的诊断。结论:对于患者的全身来说,对于骨巨细胞瘤的诊断,CT值均值的临界判断值是96.5 HU,CT值增加值均值的临界判断值是41.5 HU,传统方法的敏感度比较高,但是进行诊断的特异度比较差,CT值的增加值能够帮助判断骨巨细胞瘤的存在。

Objective：To discuss the application value in the diagnosis of giant cell tumor of bone in CT enhancement scanning. Methods：Selected 398patients with bone tumor that admitted by our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012, These patients were divided into giant cell tumor of bone group and non bone giant cell tumor group, analysised the enhanced CT scanning after CT mean, increase the average value of diagnostic critical value and sensitivity.Results：After enhanced CT scanning, diagnosis of giant cell tumor of bone formation more according to the giant cell tumor of bone, not to diagnose its existence of giant cell tumor of bone.Conclusion：For patients with systemic, regarding diagnosis of giant cell tumor of bone, CT value of critical mean value is 96.5 HU, the value of CT critical value added mean value is 41.5 HU, the traditional method is high sensitivity, but specificity diagnosis is relatively poor, the CT value of the value added to help to determine the existence of giant cell tumor of bone.
