目的:探讨支气管肺泡灌洗治疗支气管扩张合并感染的临床效果。方法:选取在本院获得确诊的90例支气管扩张合并感染者,根据患者意愿将其分到两个不同组别。其中对照组43例,给予常规方法治疗结合采用引流排痰方法治疗。治疗组47例,给予常规治疗结合支气管肺泡灌洗方法治疗。经过治疗后对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:对比疗效发现治疗组患者在致病菌清除、PaO2/FO2以及PaO2、临床治疗效果均优于对照组疗效,并且对比差异显著。结论:对于支气管扩张伴随感染疾病采用支气管肺泡灌洗方法进行治疗,你能帮助明显提高患者治疗效果,是临床医治支气管扩张合并感染疾病的有效治疗手段。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of bronchoalveolar lavage on treatment of bronchiectasis with infection..
