复合溶菌酶治疗儿童烧伤的临床效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察复合溶菌酶治疗儿童烧伤的临床效果。方法:选取我院在2010年12月-2012年12月收治的96例烧伤儿童作为研究对象,随机将其分为实验组和对照组,每组各48例。对照组患者采用碘伏纱布进行治疗,实验组患者给予复合溶菌酶治疗,比较两组患者的创面愈合情况、过敏反应情况等。结果:实验组烧伤儿童的过敏反应发生率为0,明显低于对照组(16.7%),P〈0.05;实验组患者有9例的创面细菌培养呈阳性,对照组患者有37例,实验组显著低于对照组,P〈0.05;实验组患者的平均创面愈合时间明显比对照组短,P〈0.05。结论:采用复合溶菌酶治疗儿童烧伤,可有效控制创面的感染、促进创面的快速愈合、降低不良反应发生率,治疗效果显著,安全性高,值得在临床中推广应用。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of compound lysozyme in treatment of childhood burns.Methods:Selected our hospital in December 2010-December 2012 were treated 96 cases of burned children as research subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 48 cases in each group. The control group were treated with povidone-iodine gauze for treatment, the experimental group were treated with combined therapy of lysozyme were compared in patients with wound healing, allergic reactions, and so on.Results:Experimental group of children allergic reactions burn rate was 0, significantly lower than the control group (16.7%),P〈0.05;experimental group had nine cases of wound bacterial cultures were positive in the control group had 37 cases, the experimental group was significantly lower in the control group,P〈0.05;experimental group, the average healing time was significantly shorter than the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion:Composite lysozyme treatment of children burns, can effectively control the wound infection and promote rapid healing of wounds, reduce incidence of adverse reactions, the treatment effect is remarkable, safe, worthy of clinical application.
