黄荆子乙酸乙酯提取物对人鼻咽癌CNE-1细胞株增殖疗效临床观察

Effect of the Acetoacetate Extract of the Vitex Negundo Seed on the Growth of Human Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Cell Line CNE-1

目的:探讨黄荆子乙酸乙酯提取物提取物(EVn-50)对人鼻咽癌CNE-1细胞株增殖疗效的影响。方法:对人鼻咽癌CNE-1细胞进行体外培养,分别以不同浓度的(EVn-50)与人鼻咽癌CNE-1细胞共同孵育48 h,采用MTT比色法测定EVn-50对人鼻咽癌CNE-1细胞增殖活性的影响。结果:EVn-50能抑制人鼻咽癌CNE-1细胞的增殖。结论:人鼻咽癌CNE-1细胞的增殖能够被EVn-50有效的抑制,且呈浓度依赖性。

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of the acetoacetate extracts from Vitex negundo seed（EVn-50） on human nasopharyngeaL carcinoma cell line CNE-1.Metheds：Human nasopharyngeaL carcinoma cells CNE-1 were cultured in vitro and were treated with different concentrations of EVn-50 with 48h. The viatility of human nasopharyngeaL carcinoma cells CNE-1 Was determinated by MTT arssay.Results：EVn-50 inhibited viability of Human nasopharyngeaL carcinoma cells CNE-1.Conclusion：EVn-50 Can inhibit viability and growth of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells CNE-1 in a concentration-dependent manner.
