对泌尿外科腹腔镜手术并发症的原因分析及预防措施

Cause Analysis and Preventive Measures of the Complications of Laparoscopic Operation in the Department of Urology

目的:分析泌尿外科腹腔镜手术并发症的原因,并探讨相应预防措施的效果,以供参考。方法:对泌尿外科腹腔镜手术并发症的原因进行分析,并实施相应的预防措施。以实施预防措施前一年泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者为对照组,实施预防措施后一年泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者为观察组。对比两组患者手术并发症的差异性。结果:对比两组手术并发症发生率发现,观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:泌尿外科腹腔镜手术并发症与气腹、血管损伤、脏器损伤等原因有关,经过术中间断降低气腹压、加强手术配合和围术期护理等预防措施后,手术并发症明显减少。

Objective：To analyze the causes of complications of laparoscopic operation in the department of urology,and to explore the corresponding preventive measures,for reference.Methods：Choose patients a year before preventive measures as control group, a year after preventive measures as observation group patients. Compared differences between the two groups in operation complications. Results：The occurrence rate of complications in observation group was significantly lower than in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Laparoscopic operation complications pneumoperitoneum related to vascular injury, organ damage and other reasons, We should reduce abdominal pressure operation, strengthen coordination and nursing care.
