品管圈活动对住院患者压疮护理的影响

Effect of QCC Activities on the Pressure Sores Nursing of Hospitalized Patients

目的:研究品管圈活动对住院患者压疮护理的影响。方法:收集了2012年1月-2013年1月来我院住院治疗的420例患者的临床资料进行详细研究,将上述患者随机分为两组,对210例对照组患者进行定期按摩翻身、皮肤护理、床单清洁等常规护理。对210例治疗组患者进行"品管圈"活动护理。结果:210例治疗组患者,10例压疮;210例对照组患者,25例压疮;治疗组患者压疮发生率显著低于对照组患者,具有差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"品管圈"活动的开展不仅有利于护理质量的提高,进一步降低压疮发生率,与此同时,还提高了护理人员发现问题、自主解决问题的能力,护理人员的工作热情与工作积极性高涨,护士工作成效大幅度上升,大大提高了患者满意度与生活质量的改善。

Objective：To study the quality control circle activities’ effect on the pressure sores nursing of hospitalized patients. Methods：Collected the clinical data of 420 hospitalized patients from January 2012 to January 2013 in our hospital for detailed studying, the patients were randomly divided into two groups,210 patients in control group were given conventional nursing such as regular massaging, turning over the body, skin caring, cleaning bedsheets and so on. 210 patients in treatment group were given quality control circle activities nursing.Results：210 patients in treatment group, pressure ulcer occurred in 10 cases, 210 patients in control group,pressure ulcer occurred in 25 cases.The incidence of treatment is lower than that of control group, there is statistical significance difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The quality control circle activities is not only beneficial to the improvement of nursing quality and further reducing the incidence of pressure ulcers , but also improving the nurses’ abilities that finding the problems and solving problems independently. The quality control circle activities raise nurses work enthusiasm and energetic,raise nurses work efficiency substantially , improving the patients’ satisfaction greatly and improving the patients quality of life .
