膝部骨折早期康复中功能锻炼临床价值探讨

The Clinical Effect of Early Functional Rehabilitation in Knee Fracture

目的:研究膝部骨折早期康复中应用功能锻炼的临床效果。方法:随机选择膝部骨折患者80例,分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者施以常规康复护理,观察组患者在此基础上额外应用功能锻炼,比较两组的康复效果,同时进行损伤评价。结果:对照组优良率为82.5%,观察组为95%,明显高于对照组;与护理前相比,护理后两组患者的损伤评分均有所提高,与对照组相比,观察组提高的更为明显。结论:功能锻炼能显著促进膝关节功能恢复,临床意义十分显著。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of functional rehabilitation in knee fracture.Methods：80 cases knee fracture patients were selected, contained control group and experiment group. The control group was taken conventional rehabilitation nursing. The experiment group was added functional rehabilitation. After the experiment, the rehabilitation effect and HSS were compared. Results：The ration of rehabilitation in control group was 82.5%, and the experiment group was 95%. The HSS of all patients were higher after rehabilitation nursing,the HSS of experiment group increased more than control group. Conclusion：Functional rehabilitation can markedly promoted the rehabilitation of keen fracture.
