白介素-1β基因rs1143627-C/T多态性与糖尿病视网膜病变的相关性 被引量:3

Relationship between Interleukin- 1β Gene rs1143627- C/T Polymorphism and Type 2 Diabetic Retinopathy

摘要 目的探讨白介素-1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)基因rs1143627-C/T多态性与糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的相关性。方法应用MassARRAY分子量阵列技术检测154例2型糖尿病(T2DM)并发DR患者(DR组),148例T2DM无并发DR患者(NDR组),142例健康对照者(NC组)白介素-1β基因rs1143627-C/T多态性。检测三组研究对象的血脂、空腹血糖等,并测定体质指数(BMI)。结果 DR组与NDR组含T基因型及等位基因T分布频率显著高于NC组,DR组高于NDR组;DR组与NDR组CC基因型及等位基因C分布频率显著低于NC组,DR组低于NDR组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白介素-1β基因rs1143627-C/T多态性可能与DR发病相关。 Objective To investigate the correlation between interieukin-1β gene rs1143627-C/T polymorphism with type 2 diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods The polymorphism of interieukin-1β gene rs1143627-C/T in 154 type 2 diabetes patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR group),148 without diabetic retinopathy(NDR group) and 142 normal controls(NC group) was determined by MassArray method.Fasting blood-glucose,blood lipid,body mass index(BMI) and other related clinical indicator were examined.Results The distribution frequency of genotype TT,TC and allele T of interieukin-1β gene rsll43627-C/T were higher in DR and NDR group than in NC group,and higher in DR group than in NDR group.The distribution frequency of genotype CC and allele C of interieukin-1β gene rsl 143627-C/T were lower in DR and NDR group than in NC group,and lower in DR group than in NDR group.The difference was significant between 3 groups(P0.05).Conclusion Interieukin-lβ gene rs1143627-C/T polymorphism may be associated with DR incidence.
