摘要
目的评价亚胺培南等10种抗菌药物对类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌的体外抗菌活性。方法所有菌株用VITEK2-compact分析仪鉴定到种,药物敏感试验用E-Test法进行,结果按照CLSI(2010版)推荐标准进行分析。结果收集2009~2013年临床非重复分离类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌101株,2012年该菌的检出与前三年比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。亚胺培南等10种抗菌药物对类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌体外抗菌活性显示:亚胺培南的MIC50/MIC90最低,分别为0.25/0.38(mg/L);其次为哌拉西林/三唑巴坦,MIC50/MIC90分别为0.38/0.5(mg/L);美罗培南、头孢他啶、复方新诺明、左氧氟沙星、四环素、多西环素、阿莫西林/棒酸、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的MIC50/MIC90分别为0.5/0.75、1.0/2.0、0.5/4.0、1.0/2.0、0.5/8.0、0.5/8.0、1.5/8.0、4.0/6.0(mg/L)。结论海南地区类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌感染呈逐年增加趋势,亚胺培南是治疗类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌感染的最佳药物。
Objective To evaluate antibacterial activity of imipenem and other 9 antibiotics against Burkeholderia pseudomallei in vitro.Method All the isolates were identified by VITEK- 2 compact automatic bacterial test systems,susceptibility test were done by Etest method.All data were analyzed under the recommended standard of CLSI(2010 edition).Result Total 101 strains of clinical non- repetitive Burkeholderia pseudomallei were collected from 2009~2013.The relevance ratio of Burkeholderia pseudomallei in 2012 significantly different from that in 2009,2010,2011(P0.05).The antibacterial activity of imipenem and other 9 kinds of antibioctics against Burkeholderia pseudomallei in vitro were showed as follows:MIC50/MIC90 of imipenem were the lowest,0.25/0.38(mg/L) respectively;secondly for piperacillin- tazobactam,MIC50/MIC90 were 0.38/0.5(mg/L) respectively;MIC50/MIC90 of meropenem、ceftazidime、SMZ- TMP、levofloxacin、tetracycline、amoxicillin-clavulanic、cefoperazone-sulbactam were 0.5/0.75、1.0/2.0、0.5/4.0、1.0/2.0、0.5/8.0、1.5/8.0、4.0/6.0(mg/L) respectively.Conclusion The infections of Burkeholderia pseudomallei were increasing year by year in Hainan area.Imipenem is the best drug for the treatment of infection of Melioidosis Burke Holder bacteria.
