深圳福田区2008～2012年女性HIV/AIDS疫情分析

Epidemic characteristics of female patients with HIV/AIDS in Futian District of Shenzhen from 2008 to 2012

目的了解深圳福田2008～2012年女性HIV/AIDS流行特点,为控制女性艾滋病疫情制定针对性政策提供科学依据。方法以描述性流行病学方法对福田区2008～2012年女性HIV/AIDS流行特征进行分析。结果 2008～2012年累计报告HIV/AIDS患者1 417人,其中女性213人,各年分别为30例,49例,47例,41例和46例,年龄以20～39岁为主,占74.18%;户籍人口占61.03%,高中及以下学历占90.41%;女性感染HIV的途径主要集中在异性传播和静脉吸毒。结论福田区女性HIV/AIDS疫情控制待较好。女性群体中HIV/AIDS从高危人群向一般人群蔓延更加明显,女性HIV传播的高危人群不再局限于外来人员、娱乐场所人员。今后防控的重点应逐渐转移到性滥人群,同时要加强对社区已婚及户籍人口妇女艾滋病防治的宣传教育,采取综合干预措施,更好的控制女性HIV/AIDS疫情的增长。

Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of female patients with HIV/AIDS in Futian District of Shenzhen City from 2008 to 2012,and provide scientific basis for marking effective measures to control HIV/AIDS in female patients.Methods Epidemiology features of female patients with HIV/AIDS from 2008 to 2012 was retrospective analyzed by descriptive epidemiology.Results A total 1 417 HIV/AIDS cases from 2008 to 2012 were reported in Futian District of Shenzhen City,including 213 female cases being 30 in 2008,49 in 2009,47 in 2010,41 in 2011,46 in 2012.Women aged20 ~39 accounted for 74.18%and local registered residents occupied 61.03%.The patients had education level of 90.41%was of high school or below.The major route of transmissions was heterosexual contact and intravenous drug.Conclusion The epidemic of female patients with HIV/AIDS was under good control from 2008 to 2012.The prevalence of HIV/AIDS among female cases was apparently spreading from high risk group to general population.The control focus should be changed to sexual abuse group.Therefore,health education and comprehensive measure be strengthened among the population of married women and native women,to curb the increase of HIV/AIDS infection among females.
