摘要
采用羧甲基纤维素-聚乙烯醇(CMC-PVA)改性剂对PAE树脂进行改性,探讨了改性的最佳工艺条件,以及改性后PAE树脂作为增强剂对纸张强度性能的影响,并与阳离子淀粉和CPAM增强剂进行比较,同时,对改性PAE树脂进行红外与热重表征分析。结果表明,与未改性PAE树脂相比,利用CMC-PVA改性剂改性后的PAE树脂对纸张的增强效果更好;在相同用量下,改性PAE树脂具有比CPAM更好的增强效果;在相同使用成本下,改性PAE树脂具有比阳离子淀粉更好的增强效果;改性PAE树脂可取代CPAM、阳离子淀粉用作纸张增强剂。
This essay mainly discussed the preparation of PAE resin modified by using CMC-PVA and its application as paper strengthening agent, the performance of modified PAE resin was compared with cationic starch and CPAM, and the modified PAE resin was characterized with infrared and thermo gravimetric. The results showed that compared with the traditional PAE resin, CMC-PVA modified PAE resin had higher enhancing performance. Under the same dosage, the paper adding modified PAE resin had higher dry strength properties than CPAM. Comparing at the same operation cost, the modified PAE resin created better dry strength properties than cationic starch. Using CMA-PVA modified PAE resin could replace CPAM, cationic starch as dry strengthening agent for paper.
