The Implementation of the Embedded WAN IP Router Based on Linux OS

摘要 Linux操作系统现在不仅是桌面系统的宠儿,其卓越的网络系统功能和微内核设计使它在嵌入式系统的开发中也有非凡的表现。现在国产的路由器产品主要集中在接入网范围的低端路由器,但这已经表明在路由器设计技术上已经迈出了可喜的一步。文章将以科学院软件所多媒体通信与网络工程研究中心开发的基于ISDN PRI接口的广域网路由器讨论如何在Linux系统下构造路由器系统,然后通过实验分析这样开发出来的路由器的性能指标。 : Today the Linux OS gradually becomes the elite of desktop system.His eminent network system and micro-kernel design makes him popular in the development of embedded system.Although our homemade router is mainly the end router in the access network,it already shows that has maken a stride in the research of the router technology.This paper at first introduces the system structure and design method of the WAN router made by Multimedia and Communication Department of ISCAS,and then analyzes the performance of this router.
