摘要 建立了气相色谱内标法测定食品添加剂乙酸正丁酯中14种杂质含量的分析方法。样品直接进气相色谱仪分析,内标法定量。结果表明:14种目标物在50-1000 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r为0.9986-0.9998),仪器检测限为1.0-15.0 mg/L(S/N=3);在50 mg/L、400 mg/L和1000 mg/L的3个加标水平下,对样品进行加标回收实验,平均回收率为91.4-115.2%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.4-3.9%。本方法具有方便、快速、灵敏度高等特点,可用于食品添加剂乙酸正丁酯中14种杂质含量的测定。 An analytical method using GC was established for the determination of 14 kinds of impurities in n-butyl acetate. The sample was detected by GC and quantified by inner standard method. The calibration curves for the target analytes were linear in the range of 50-1000 mg/L (r=0.9986-0.9998) and the limit of detections (S/N=3) , 1.0-15.0 mg/L. The mean recoveries of the target analytes at the spiked levels of 50-1000 mg/L were 91.4-115.2%, with the relative standard deviation (n=6) 0.4-3.9%. The method can be applied to determine the 14 kinds of impurities in food additives of n-butyl acetate with easy operation, rapid speed and high sensitivity.
