乙型肝炎病毒感染孕妇心理健康状况及其影响因素分析

Status and influencing factors of mental health of hepatitis B virus-infected pregnant women

目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒感染孕妇心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用症状自评量表对156例乙型肝炎病毒感染孕妇进行问卷调查。结果乙型肝炎病毒感染孕妇心理健康状况较差,发生率为39.10%;乙型肝炎病毒感染孕妇症状自评量表总分、躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑及偏执得分均高于国内常模,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);文化程度、家庭年收入、是否计划怀孕及肝功能情况为乙型肝炎病毒感染孕妇心理健康状况的影响因素。结论乙型肝炎病毒感染孕妇心理健康问题较为严重,应有针对性地进行心理干预。

Objective To discuss the status and influencing factors of mental health of hepatitis B virus - infected pregnant women. Method A total of 156 hepatitis B virus - infected pregnant women were investigated by Symptom Checklist - 90 （ SCL - 90 ）. Results The percentage of mentally unhealthy HBV - infected pregnant women was 39.10%. The SCL - 90 total score and dimension scores of somatization,interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, paranoid were higher than national norm （ P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ）. The educational degree, family income, whether intended pregnancy or not and hepatic function status were the influencing factors of hepatitis B virus - infected pregnant wome＇s mental health. Conclusion The mental health of hepatitis B virus - infected pregnant women is poor, which needs relateds psychological intervention.
