奥硝唑分散片联合苦参凝胶治疗细菌性阴道炎50例的临床观察

Ornidazole Dispersible Tablets Combined Kushen Gel for Bacterial Vaginitis:Clinical Observation on 50 Cases

目的:观察奥硝唑分散片和苦参凝胶联合治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:选取细菌性阴道炎患者100例,随机分成治疗组和对照组(各50例),治疗组以奥硝唑分散片和苦参凝胶联合用药治疗,对照组以奥硝唑分散片单一用药治疗,6 d为1个疗程,连用2个疗程后对两组患者进行疗效观察。结果:疗程结束后,治疗组总有效率为96%,治愈率为48%;对照组总有效率为82%,治愈率为36%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率为8%,对照组复发率为24%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均有轻微不良反应发生,但均能耐受,治疗结束后均自动缓解。结论:奥硝唑分散片联合苦参凝胶治疗细菌性阴道炎疗效确切、安全,值得临床广泛应用。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Ornidazole dispersible tablets plus Kushen gel in treating bacterial vaginitis.METHODS：100 patients with bacterial vaginitis were randomly assigned to either treatment group treated with Ornidazole dispersible tablets plus Kushen gel for two courses （6 days in one course） or control group treated with Ornidazole dispersible tablets alone for two courses （6 days in one course）,of 50 each.The clinical efficacy were evaluated and compared between the two groups.RESULTS：After completion of two courses of treatment,significant differences were noted between the treatment group and the control group with respect to the total effective rate （96% vs.82%）（P 〈 0.05） and the cure rate（48% vs.36%） （P 〈 0.05） as well as the relapse rate （8% vs.24%）（P 〈 0.05）.CONCLUSIONS：Treatment of bacterial vaginitis with Ornidazole dispersible tablets combined with Kushen gel resulted in remarkable efficacy,hence this therapy is worth of clinical recommendation.
