192例使用注射用头孢美唑钠的合理性评价

Rationality in the Use of Cefmetazole Sodium for Injection:Analysis of 192 Cases

目的:了解大连医科大学附属第一医院住院患者注射用头孢美唑钠的使用情况,为头孢美唑钠的临床合理使用与管理提供参考。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,调取该院2012年7月第三部普外科、介入治疗科、妇一科、肛肠外科、妇二科、胃肠外科6个科室使用头孢美唑钠的出院患者病历,并参考相关标准评价注射用头孢美唑钠临床使用的合理性。结果:共纳入有效病例192例,其中内科预防用药者10例;治疗用药者14例;外科围术期预防用药者168例。不符合给药剂量标准者177例;不符合治疗时间标准者130例;不符合适应证标准者139例。注射用头孢美唑钠临床使用合理性的综合判断结果为用药合理者2例;不合理用药者190例。结论:该院注射用头孢美唑钠的临床使用存在严重不合理现象,亟需加强管理、整顿改正。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the use of Cefmetazole for injection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University so as to provide reference for clinical rational use and management of Cefmetazole.METHODS：Retrospectively,the medical records of Cefmetazole receiver who had been discharged from Department of General Surgery （section Three）,Department of Interventional Therapy,the First and Second Departments of Gynecology,and the Departments of Anorectal Surgery and Gastrointestinal Surgery of the hospital were collected for analysis regarding the rationality in the use of Cefmetazole for injection in accordance with related evaluation criteria.RESULTS：A total of 192 valid cases were enrolled,with medical prophylactic use in 10 cases; drug treatment in 14 cases; surgical perioperative prophylactic use in 168 cases.The use of Cefmetazole for injection in 177 cases was nonstandard in doses,in 130 cases was nonstandard in treatment time and in 139 cases was nonstandard in indications.The clinical use of Cefmetazole sodium for injection was judged as rational in 2 cases versus irrational in 190 with regard to rationality of drug use.CONCLUSIONS：The irrational use of Cefmetazole for injection in the hospital is serious,thus strengthened management and rectification of which remains to be done.
