摘要
目的:调查武汉市东西湖区人民医院中医科中药注射剂的使用情况,分析使用中药注射剂的合理性。方法:随机抽取该院中医科2013年6月出院患者病历50份,分析中药注射剂的使用品种、联用情况及合理性。结果:该院中医科在中药注射剂的使用过程中,联合用药、溶媒选择、疗程等方面存在一些问题。结论:应进一步加强中药注射剂应用的监督和管理,以促进临床合理使用中药注射剂。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the utilization of Traditional Chinese medicine injections in Traditional Chinese medicine department of Wuhan Dongxihu District People＇s Hospital （＂our hospital＂） and analyze its rationality.METHODS：50 discharged medical records in traditional Chinese medicine department during June 2013 were randomly selected for analysis regarding the varieties,drug combination and rationality of traditional Chinese medicine injections.RESULTS：The utilization of traditional Chinese medicine injection in traditional Chinese medicine department had problems in drug combination,selection of solvents and course of treatment.CONCLUSIONS：Supervision and management on traditional Chinese medicine injections should strengthened to promote their clinical rational use.
