临床中药师在综合性医院合理用药中的价值

Role of Clinical Pharmacists of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Rational Use of Drugs in General Hospital

目的:对北京医院中药临床药学开展的情况进行总结,探讨临床中药师在综合性医院中药合理用药中的价值。方法:论述开展中药临床药学的必要性,总结我院开展中药临床药学服务的思路和工作模式,以及我院临床中药师在建立医院中药使用评价体系、开展中药不良反应监测、为临床提供各类药学信息服务、与临床科室联合开展科研工作等方面做出的努力。结果与结论:目前中药临床药学还处于起步和探索阶段。我院立足于综合医院的平台,积极探索临床中药师的工作模式和价值定位,初步探索出了一套中药临床药师培养的模式。中药师在深入临床的过程中不仅学到了丰富的临床知识,也为临床医师和患者提供了合理用药建议和服务。临床中药师应发挥专业优势,确保中药在中医药理论指导下辩证使用,注重合理用药,保障临床用药的安全、有效和经济。

OBJECTIVE：To summarize the clinical pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in Beijing Hospital,explore the role of clinical pharmacists of TCM in the rational use of drugs in general hospital.METHODS：We discussed the necessity of carrying out clinical pharmacy of TCM,summarized the ideas and work pattern of clinical pharmacy services of TCM in our hospital and the efforts of the clinical pharmacists made in our hospital in setting up the evaluation system on the use of TCM,carrying out adverse drug reaction monitoring of TCM,providing various of clinical pharmacy information services and carrying out scientific research together with the staff in clinical departments.RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS：The clinical pharmacy of TCM is in the infant stage.Based on the platform of general hospital,our hospital is exploring the work mode and the role of the clinical pharmacists of TCM.A set of training mode of the clinical pharmacy of TCM has been established.Through clinical practice,TCM pharmacists not only learned much clinical knowledge,but also provided clinicians and patients with advices on rational use of drugs and services.Clinical TCM pharmacists should bring their professional advantage into full play to ensure the dialectical use of TCM meanwhile attaching importance to rational use of drugs to guarantee the safe,effective and economical clinical medication.
