941例消化性溃疡HP检出率的统计分析

Statistical analysis of HP detection rate in 941 cases of chronic peptic ulcer

目的 探讨消化性溃疡HP感染的特点,为消化性溃疡防治提供理论依据.方法 回顾性分析2011-06～2012-04来延安大学附属医院消化内科就诊的消化性溃疡患者HP感染情况与年龄、性别、溃疡部位的关系.结果 年龄因素：胃溃疡HP检出率在20岁以上各年龄段间没有差异（P＞0.05）;十二指肠溃疡HP检出率在各年龄段间总体上存在差异（P＜0.005）.性别因素：胃溃疡HP检出率在不同性别间存在差异（P＜0.00S）,男性显著高于女性;十二指肠溃疡HP检出率在不同性别间没有差异（P＞0.05）.溃疡部位：胃与十二指肠溃疡HP检出率存在差异（p＜0.005）,胃溃疡显著低于十二指肠溃疡.结论 HP感染与消化性溃疡的关系密切;HP作为胃溃疡的重要病因,在男性中的致病作用比女性更重要,HP对于十二指肠溃疡,在不同性别中的致病作用重要性没有差别;不同部位溃疡HP检出率的差异对于临床经验用药治疗HP假阴性消化性溃疡具有理论指导价值.

Objective To discuss the characteristics of HP infection in peptic ulcer, and to provide the basis for prevention and treatment of chronic peptic ulcer. Methods： From June 2011 to April 2012, patients with chronic peptic ulcer from the Department of digesting internal medicine at the Affiliated Hospital of Yan＇ an University, and the re- lationship of patients of age, sex and ulcer site of HP infection were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Age factor： Among gastric ulcer groups （ 〉 20 years old）, detection rate of HP existed no difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; HP detection rate of duodenal ulcer from different age groups existed significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The gender factor： The detection rate of gastric ulcer HP in different gender existed significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）, males significantly higher than that of female ; Detection rate of duodenal ulcer HP in different gender existed no significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Ulcer site ： The detection rate of HP between the stomach and duodenal ulcer existed significant differ- ences （P 〈 0. 005 ） ; the detection rate of HP of gastric ulcer was significantly lower than that of duodenal ulcer. Conclusion ： HP infection is closely related to occurrence of peptic ulcer; As the important etiology of gastric ulcer, HP is more important to male than female in pathogenesis role. But to duodenal ulcer, there is no difference in the importance of pathogenesis role in different sex. The differences of the detection rate for HP in different parts of chronic peptic ulcer is valuable for clinical medicine use in experience to treat chronic peptic ulcer of HP negative detection in false.
