22例妊娠期肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者围手术期护理

Perioperative care of 22 cases with liver cirrhosis complicating upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage during pregnancy

报告了22例妊娠期肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者围手术期的护理体会,围手术期实施高危妊娠一体化管理,监测妊娠肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者病情动态变化,监测胎儿宫内情况,做好专项护理,手术前后准确落实支持性治疗,改善病情,预防上消化道再次出血,产后出血,肝功能衰竭、感染等并发症的发生。22例患者均顺利渡过围手术期,无孕产妇死亡。

This paper reports perioperative care of 22 patients with liver cirrhosis complicating upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage during pregnancy. Perioperative care focused on integrated management monitoring of the dynamic chan- ges of liver cirrhosis complicating upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage during pregnancy and fetal making individual care well. During perioperative period supportive treatment was implemented and complications such as upper gas- trointestinal hemorrhage, postpartum hemorrhage, liver failure, and infections were prevented. The 22 patients got through the Perioperative period safely.
