This paper introduced the functional module composition of Zhejiang Provincial Water Conservancy Management Information System, and analyzed the database structure and logic relations of the system. The paper also discussed the characteristics of main developing tools and operational platform. The applications in Zhejiang Provincial governmental offices and other administrative departments show that the system has an advanced design, powerful functions, high stability and good practicability.
