摘要
目的:研究芫花枝条中木脂素类化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、凝胶、反相硅胶、制备薄层色谱等方法对芫花枝条中的木脂素类成分进行分离纯化,通过谱学分析技术进行化合物结构鉴定。结果:分离鉴定了8个木脂素类化合物,分别鉴定为:芝麻脂素(1)、紫丁香树脂酚(2)、落叶松脂醇(3)、左旋松脂醇(4)、荛花酚(5)、salicifoliol(6)、vladinol D(7)、异落叶松脂醇(8)。结论:化合物8为首次从芫花枝条中分离得到,化合物1、5、6、7为首次从瑞香科植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study lignans from the branch of Daphne genkwa Sieb. et Zucc. Methods: The compounds were isolated and repeatedly purified by silica gel,TLC,Sephadex LH-20,and RP-C18 column chromatographic methods,and their structures were elucidated on the basis of physic-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results: Eight compounds were obtained and elucidated as sesamin(1),syringaresinol( 2),lariciresinol( 3),(-)-pinoresinol( 4),wikstromol( 5),salicifoliol(6),vladinol D(7),isolariciresinol(8). Conclusion: Compound 8 was isolated from the branch of Daphne genkwa for the first time. Compounds 1,5,6 and 7 were separated from the Thymelaeaceae for the first time.
