Optimization of Original Processing Technology for Sennea Folium by Comprehensive Score Method

目的:选出番泻叶鲜品的最佳初加工方式。方法:以番泻苷A、B,异鼠李素-3-O-β-2-龙胆二糖苷及外观为评价指标,考察晒制、阴干、微波制、炒制等6种初加工方式,采用综合评分法从中选出番泻叶最优的初加工方式。结果:最佳初加工方式为微波制、中火力微波制2 min。结论:优选的番泻叶初加工方式合理可行、操作简便,可对番泻叶的初加工起到规范和指导作用。

Objective： To choose the optimal processing technology for sennea folium. Methods：Taking the contents of iso rhamnetin-3-O-β-gentiobioside,sennoside B,C-sennoside A and sennea folium appearance as indicators,comprehensive score were used to optimize the best original processing technology for sennea folium. Through inspecting drying in the sunshine,shade,microwave drying and frying. Results：The optimal original processing technology was microwave drying to deal with sample at medium fire in 2minutes. Conclusion： The optimal original processing technology is reasonable and feasible,and could be used as a standard and guidance.
