野葛葛粉与总黄酮连续提取工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:获得连续提取野葛葛粉和总黄酮的生产工艺。方法:测定野葛提取葛粉前后总黄酮含量变化,为获得提取葛粉后残渣再提取总黄酮的理论依据;采用正交试验优化总黄酮的提取工艺,最后确定整个连续提取工艺并进行中试生产验证。结果:野葛提取葛粉后残渣中总黄酮残留量近半,值得进一步提取总黄酮。总黄酮的提取工艺条件经优化后确定为8倍量的80%乙醇为溶剂,回流提取1.5 h,连续提取3次。结论:工艺经中试生产验证,稳定可行,但需进一步优化。 Objective: To obtain a continuous extraction technology of starch and total flavonoids. Methods: First,detecting the total flavonoids content changes before and after starch extracted from P. lobata. To obtain theoretical basis for re-extract residue after extraction starch. Then,use orthogonal test to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids. Finally,determine the entire extraction process and conduct continuous pilot production authentication. Results: The total flavonoids content nearly 50% in residue,it is worth to further extract. Optimized extraction conditions of total flavonoids is 8 times solvent of 80% alcohol,reflux extraction 1. 5 hours,repeated 2 times. Conclusion: The production process was enlarged validated,stability feasible,but need further optimization.
