The Application of Microscopic Histochemical Localization in Traditional Chinese Medicine Study

以中药显微鉴定和组织化学动态定位的相关研究为基础,从显微组织化学前沿研究、显微组织化学特征性反应、显微组织化学定位等方面进行详细综合论述,指出显微化学定位在组织结构研究中的优势,为中药资源的开发利用提供方法学技术指导,同时也为中药品质鉴定提供新的研究思路和方法。

Based on studies of microstructure identification and dynamic histochemical location of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Summarized the frontier of microscopic histochemical,characteristic reaction and microscopic histochemical localization,using of key techniques and high-end instruments,in order to offer methodology and technical guidance for development and utilization of Chinese Medicine Resources,meanwhile,provide new research ideas and methods. Through the collected, analyzed, induced and summed up the relative literatures both at domestic and abroad from Chinese HowNet,Wanfang database and Springer Link electronic journal database. The comprehensive analysis microscopic histochemical localization technology could locate characterized material in Traditional Chinese Medicine,explore the synthesis pathway and metabolic law. The technology had great development potential and provided new scientific basis for quality identification of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
